


Crystal Gaynor- Crystal is an ACE certified Personal and Group Fitness Trainer. Certified by Power Pilates, all levels in Mat Pilates, she also holds certifications in Kickboxing and Weight Training. Owner of “Crystal Clear Pilates”, she instructs at numerous clubs in the area. Crystal trains aspiring Olympic skaters at the Floyd Hall Arena at Montclair State and is also a contributing fitness columnist to IdentityMagazine.org, and a featured model in Bobbi Browns 2010 “Pretty Powerful” beauty campaign.

Sharon Greenberg – Sharon is an ACE certified Personal Trainer. She has been involved with health and wellness since 1985, having held licenses for diagnostic imaging as well as certifications from AFPA and SPIN.

Jenny Kydd – Jenny received her certification from A.C.E. in May of 2000 and is certified through the American Red Cross in Adult/Infant/Child CPR. She has been fitness training for over 10 years and has been working with Aspen East since they first opened. She received an Associates Degree from Ashland University in Ohio and is working towards her degree in the Physical Therapy Assistants Program at Essex County College. She is also the proud mother of a 22 yr. old son and a 20 yr.old daughter who are both college students.

Rochelle Levinson- Rochelle is IFPA certified and has been training since 2001. She is also a registered nurse since 1985. Rochelle received her BSN from Down State Medical Center.

Judy Sanabria- Judy is a NASM certified Personal Trainer with 15 years experience. She specializes in program designs for active adults, and is certified in training senior clients. She has also worked in organizing and planning nutrition for weight loss with Apex. Her specialties include functional training, core strength, free weights and machine based exercises. Modalities incorporated in routines are stability ball, tubing, Medicine balls, and bosu. Judy also believes in making exercise a part of a lifestyle. Improving your overall physical health and building a better body is work, but by making it enjoyable you can believe in yourself everyday.

Maureen Wolverton – Maureen received her B.A. from The College Of Saint Elizabeth. She received her Master’s Degree from Montclair State University. She is certified from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Maureen recently completed her Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) certification also through the N.A.S.M. She is also the proud mother of three daughters and has taught children’s cooking classes for the past 12 years.

Frances Saxton – Frances is originally from London. She has an AFAA certification in Personal Training, Group Fitness and Prenatal Fitness & will soon be certified in Senior Fitness. Frances worked for Bally Total Fitness on Park Avenue, Manhattan and currently works for numerous clubs in the area. She teaches Wednesday’s “Butts, Legs & Core” class and Saturday’s “Full Body Fusion.” Frances believes “You can do anything if you put your mind to it. I can help you feel healthier, fitter and firmer. Join me!”

Jared Trout - Jared is an AFPA certified Personal Trainer and former Professional Baseball Player. He spent 3 years in the Oakland Athletics minor league baseball system (2003-2005) and 2 years in the Independent Professional Leagues (2006-2007) prior to joining the team at Aspen East. During the baseball off-season in 2005, Jared graduated Cum Laude from the University of Rhode Island with a bachelors degree in Business Management. He combines his experience as a Professional Athlete, Baseball / Softball Skills Instructor, and Personal Trainer to provide a challenging and fulfilling workout for all fitness levels.

Fernando Barros – Fernando has been a NSCA certified trainer for 10 years. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University in Physical and Health Education and a Master’s degree in Health. He has taught physical and health education for the city of Clifton for 13 years and developed a youth fitness program for their Middle School. Fernando has two beautiful children, Kayla and Matthew, who keep him on his toes. He enjoys researching new methods of training to help his clients reach their ultimate goals. He enjoys reading, weight training, running and cycling. Fernando brings a balanced approach to his clients making sure to improve not only their appearance but their overall health.
