Interested in Yoga? Curious or not, Yoga has many life benefits.

Some life giving aspects through the practice of yoga are flexibility, weight management, increased strength, cardiovascular conditioning, better posture, stress reduction, improved ability to concentrate and focus on the present and inner peace.

Elisa Stearns, RYT, has nine years experience as a yoga teacher. Elisa teaches a dynamic,Vinyasa-based class focusing on breath, alignment, and core energy. Her classes are stimulating and uplifting, reflecting a passionate devotion to teaching. As a teacher, her goal is to empower her students to find their inner strength, balance and wisdom. Elisa has recently completed a certification with Sadie Nardini in Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga and Level I Training in Restorative Yoga with Jillian Pransky. She is also a Reiki Master practitioner. She is grateful to her teachers past and present and to her students who keep her on the path to Svadhyaya.
